Dpfi to mpfi swap PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!

Okay guys i just did a mpfi swap on my brothers ef sedan lx the cars runs and idles fine but after 2nd gear hits limp mode and wont go past 3500 rpms and the check engine lights comes on i've checked the wiring and do not see where it could have gone wrong the cars will run and drive like it is but just wont rev higher than 3500 rpms after 2nd gear when you try to get on it can someone please help got to get this thing going straight before import alliance. Quick run down on the mpfi swap

Its running a p06 ecu
obd1 d15b7 injectors
obd1 intake manifold
obd1 d15b7 dizzy

check the pin outs to the ecu to be sure you swapped all the pins correctly..

recheck your wiring on the dizzy pretty sure you have some wires crossed

then check your parts!! swap map, dizzy, to known working one.. Faster than getting multimeter out, but your choice!


And list the trouble codes!!!

I will try that how do I use the multimeter on the dizzy? Sorry I'm new to this whole mpfi swap stuff

post up pics of the dizzy p/n and wiring. wiring going into the ecu, wiring into the injectors, pics of the tps and map sensor wiring plugs.

Borrow an ecu from someone and swap it... And see if that fixes it....
