91 integra B18A1 Idle issue

I have an integra with a b18A1 swap and it is idling high around 3-3.5k and I am thinking its the map sensor because when my buddy who is a mechanic pulled it off the rpms dumped and when he put the hose back on (the vacuum hose connected to the map sensor) the rpms shot right back to where they originally were he also said it could be the cylinoids next to the map sensor or the Throttle Position Sensor but he does not know hondas all that well and said to find a second opinion so I need some help please

with the car idling and intake off, smush your fingers inside the throttle body and cover the 2 holes that control idle. if the car does NOT turn off you got a vacuum leak, BAM! fix that.
