1990 ef hatch mpfi swap help

i got a ef hatch that is dpfi and want it to be mpfi will the dash harness from a 1990-1991 ef sedan lx or ex work and plug up to a si ef motor harness and fit in my ef hatch

list of stuff i have

si dizzy
si harness
si cluster
si ecu
and the mpfi motor

do i need any more stuff

You gonna convert the dpfi harness? I don't think the si harness will plug in. And the dash harness will need to be modified for it to fit. I think one of the plugs is different. I havent done this in a while so I may be wrong lol someone correct me if I'm wrong

need more info im goin to change out the whole dash and motor harness and put mpfi one in dash from a sedan ef ex or lx and a si ef motor harness

You NEED to convert your stock engine harness. The Si/EX harness will be helpful to cut the plugs from. it will NOT plug into your car.

why. im taking out alllll the old harness wires and putting the new one in im confused i have all the si stuff the only thing that not si is the dash harness if i get a si dash harness will that work and plug up dont see why

Dude just mod the harness you already have, it will be a lot easier than replacing all the harnesses.

i already did the dpfi mpfi swap and didn't work checked all my wire and got a brand new dizzy it ran but wouldn't go over 4 grand then the next day it didn't give no spark so I'm want to put the whole si harness in it not hard i already put dash harness in before
