View Full Version : Misc gym time again, trying to get a good routine

havent been to the gym in a while. i reactivated my membership today. i was just seening way are some good routine or methods of losing fat and gaining muscle.i usualy work out from aroundd 1030 pm to around 12 monday-friday because i work alot, so let me get some input

the most important thing (IMO) is making sure you are in SOME type of work out routine. so many people just go into gyms and hop around from machine to machine and get next to nothing out of it..
if you search google there are TONS of different work out routines you are looking for. what i do is use a work out until i dont notice improvements anymore, then change to another work out (usually after two months or so)... but again, that is just what I like doing.. you just have to find what works for you :goodjob:

tyler make him work out like we did in high school.. i think i got pretty big that way so i know it could work for him
