Why the bonded title?

It was in an a accident with the previous owner. Everything has been fixed and inspected. I have the title in hand GA

Wouldn't that be a rebuilt title? A bonded title means that it could have a lien on it or have a falsely claimed owner.

"This title was issues on the basis of a surety bond and mya be subject to undisclosed liens, security interests, salvage, odometer reading discrepancy or other conditions"
