'06 325i vs '96 Prelude turbo ---- Question

So my mom recently bought an 06 BMW 325i (auto). She thinks shes the cool kid on the block now, and in passing made a joke about how she could "take" my car. So I figured I'd show her whats what. Just seeing what others think.

Prelude:
202whp/189trq @6psi, rev limiter at 8500rpm.
2-step launch control
weighs about 3200lbs with me in it.

325i:
215hp rating (crank?)/185trq, shifts at 6800rpm
no launch control, automatic
weighs about 3550lbs with mom driving.

Who will reign supreme?!

The prelude SHOULD be faster if you can drive at all, but the bmw is obviously the better all around car.

f20a dohc. i dont shift that high, because it scares me, but theyre apparently safe up till that point. i normally dont rev passed 7 tho
