WTB: Worker around the Yard

I need someone to come rake some leaves, cut some grass, move some limbs, etc.
I am in Doraville. It can be done any day of the week.
I figured I would check here first, as there has to be someone that needs to make a few dollars.

Pretty decent size, about 1/3 acre. Lots of leaves - and I mean lots of them. I need them bagged and put on the curb. DeKalb County will pick them up.
I will pay a fair and reasonable amount. I'm not looking for free labor, just looking to give work to someone on IA, rather than off CL. My old lawn guy moved away.

I would prefer to have regular lawn maintenance, if there is anyone that was interested in providing that service. I figured that if I asked for regular lawn service, no one would post up here though. I'll take what I can get. If you're only interested in one-time, I'll run with that, if interested in recurring work, that's even better.
