My computer has been doing this for awhile now when I'm trying to play CS or watch DVD.Do you guys know how to fix it or the problems that cause it to froze. I'm about to reformat it if I can't find any other solution...And I still have a lot of memories left.

Dont reformat yet... try one..
1. Defragment your computer, to make sure if/when you where downloading software/games that you didnt knock a file from somewhere.
2. Make sure that you got the right driver update.
3. Re-run virus scan with a full scan, and tell it to look in every file hidden adn all.
4. Make sure you have a Adware/Spyware blocker and if not down load those and get them to do a scan on your computer. Adware and sometimes spyware usely may cause your computer to freeze.
5. If that still happens then tell your computer, when you start it up go to Control Panel as i cal it, when the computer first loads up, and tell ti to set the computer back to the way it was at a certain date before all that started happening.
6. If none of those work then just blot your computer and start over.
