heres our kitty..my sister was lied to by some lady in locust grove who told my sister she had 2 purebred persians. So in january 2011, after that crazy snow week, my sister wakes me up at 10 pm(i had passed out) and tells me to drive her to locust grove so she can go buy this kitten. It was my sisters Bday and since no one in the house looked like they were gonna help adopt or get her a kitty, she took it upon her self..

so i was like locust grove??! at this time??! are u NUTS?!

but being the good brother i am( yea right jk) i drove 2 hrs away to this sleepy little town.
so we wait for the lady to get back home from her shopping. at 2 am finally, she c omes home and gives my sister this 3 week old kitten.
my sister, gets ripped off and hands the lady $100( my sister is pretty rich so its ok i guess)
but the kitty was worth it!!
shes a family member now!

shes very fiesty and i call her my fighting cat cuz she beats up all the cats and dogs around this part of the neighborhood!
she thinks she is a rottweiler and she will stand her ground against me when i try to wrestle her down with my hand!

go to petsmart and get a large easy walk harness.

my dog is a jumper and leaper and every time i walk her she used to jump and leap at other dogs. with the easy walk harness if she tries to do any of that the way its designed it just turns her around and she just gives up. eventually she stops and its more comfortable and save for them as well.

We use the same collar as Kevin for walking. My 5'1" fiance has a 125 lb great dane and you can imagine how walking goes with anything else. She used to use the head harness but he didn't care. With the spiked choker it still takes one good time of almost pulling her over and him getting loose each walk to get the point, though. After that first time, he's an angel, LOL.

Some people have a particular affection for a certain breed of dog. I'm sure we're all dog lovers and want every dog to have a home, but rather than looking at the fact that someone didnt get a rescue, look at it that a dog is in the home of someone who REALLY wants him and will most certainly be taken care of. The only dog i will ever own is a dachshund and every dachshund i ever own will live like a king. My dog is certified and i breed him in hopes of making sure the world has an abundance of wonderful weeny dogs.

Got Bandit from the pound, I'm not a purebred/pedigree snob. I think he's the coolest dog ever. And he only cost me 30 bucks.

Connie is a pure black lab. My GF was training her to be a guide dog for the Guide Dog Foundation. But a few months after she was sent off to finish her training she was released due to insurmountable dog distraction. So we took her back and now she's ours.
