My car (d16z6) is throwing 4 codes

P0141 bank 1 sensor 2? replace 02 sensor?

The next 3 codes are
P0450
P0453
P0113

^ could these all be vacuum issues?

96 civic hatchback d16z6
I'm using a obd2a harness non-vtec at the moment from a y7
the ecu is a p75 (i have a chipped p28 in the mail)

I have emission coming up so I need to figure this stuff out.

Bank 1 sensor 2 means the second o2 sensor (one after catalytic converter) needs replacing.
