werth buying for 450$ and building? has 175k on it and needs finder on drivers door. need input on what to do to get that little extra edge for cheep. need a good cold air intake for it if anyone has any ideas. automatic to. kinda sad about that but people tell me it will shift quicker. used to 5 speed. not reeally into autos. please let me know

Would it be worth buying for $450 and building? It has 175,000 miles on it, and needs a fender and/or driver side door. I would like opinions on what to do, to get that little extra edge for cheap. I would prefer a good cold air intake for it. It has an automatic transmission, which makes me sad, however, people tell me it will shift quicker; I'm not really into automobiles. Please let me know where I can take grammar lessons.
