I know the best way to learn to drift is to go out to an empty parking lot and DIY, but I would like some help from someone that is proficient at it and willing to help. That or if anyone know where I could go for classes or whatever. I am really determined to get into it and any help would be greatly appreciated. Please nothing negative and again thanks in advanced

Bullshit. Illegal, thus bringing on unnecessary and completely avoidable problems. Later, QD.

Anything mentioning a parking lot for an unsanctioned event is illegal activity an doesn't belong in this section.
If you want information on legal drifting, get in contact with a reputable shop in the Atlanta area that can promote it. I read Turner Field had an event in 2011.

Find some one that owns a parking lot that will give you permission to use it, otherwise you have to do like the debbie downers above stated and spend lots of money to go to a sanctioned event. :)
