Need help with a color!

painting my hatch soon and i got it down to these two colors

Dakar yellow

That yellow car isn't canary yellow. It is Dakar Yellow. And if you mean the OEM EG6 color, it is actually called Carnival Yellow.

Np. The guy that owns the yellow eg6 is one of my really good friends. The car was Carnival yellow originally, but when it was repainted the owner of the car at the time opted for a lighter yellow color. Don't ask me why. Lol Carnival yellow is a lot brighter, almost like the yellow that comes on ITR/CTR's. The Dakar Yellow color comes on E36/E92 M3's.

need to see pictures of your car to pick a color. The quality of body work changes my mind on colors. Some colors hide dents and waves, some dont.

why choose a color that has already been seen on known EGs, be different or at least try..

As EJ_Allmota said, i wouldn't do exactly those colors. If you truly like red or yellow, run with it but go with a different shade. There are many different variations of all colors. Choose one that'll help you stand out. It'll be a fair compromise.
