"Low Offset & Hella'Flush" EG8

So finally after getting both new Front & Rear Camber Kits my EG8 is starting to sit how I want it....

Wheels are: XXR 527 15x8.25 0 Offset (chromium black)
Tires are: 195/45r15 Nexen N3000

Now (couple of quick pics & will update after I get the alignment done this week & post what degree im cambered at).... Enjoy

They rubbed a little when i first put them on & turned real sharp, no more scrubbing now that i installed the camber kit to make more camber....

New inner/outer tie rods on passenger side: complete (they were really bad causing me to be all over the road & had 1" of movement, eventually would have broke).... Next is the alignment....

Know what the difference in a cheap rim and an expensive rim is? available offsets and bolt patterns..... thats usually about it. Most of you wheel police who bitch and moan about wheel quality dont make enough power to break a wagon wheel, yet you want some wheels off a lemans car for some reason. A lot of the wheels you kids fantasize about are replicas themselves. If a replica company makes the size and offset you want..... theres really no reason to buy the real deal unless you just want it. Your car isnt powerful enough to make using a hub ring dangerous. 1% of street cars are. So quit acting like Kim Kardashian when it comes to wheels. You want an opinion, my opinion is that your opinion is bullshit.

Another thing thats funny, not all of rays wheels are forged, most volk, gram, advan wheels are cast..... the same as any other wheel. but you can see the difference in the price tag.... i feel you, but my issue is simply with people's baseless opinion of "knock off" wheels not being street worthy. The problem with this guys car is more about his wheel/tire selection than him deciding to buy cheap wheels or tires. He could have spent the same money on the same brand wheel and got something more suitable to his vehicle. The low offset look on a 4 door stock civic is like wearing a tuxedo to a sports bar. I like 40s, i went from 45s to 40s to 35s..... 45s too big, 35s look fantastic but sacrifice comfort, 40s just right.

Probably, but my rear camber kit was adjusted all the way in & the front was adjusted enough to have them clear the fenders when i drove straight, but turning was a different story & i got tired of hearing them rub.... Im sure if the car would have been aligned then they could have adjusted everything right.... Oh well, now im sitting hella'flush & didnt have to roll/pull the fenders anymore....

Tire was fine in size just didnt feel like rolling & pulling my fenders more, so decided to run a less aggressive offset of +15 & sit flush with not as much camber as opposed to the 0 i had & running a super stretched was not even considered being on them since its dd, atl roads suck.... Im happy with my decision & fitment....

Im happy now, yeah because im sitting flush & not poking & the 195/45 i had are classified as a mild stretch.... Anyways im looking to get 205/40's or 195/40's to give me that extra mild stretch on my current wheels....

Suspension, Camber Kit, Wheels.... No front/rear lip, 50/50 red/clear taillights, headlights, corners are all gone replaced with oem now, & newer oem lip will be here ready for install this friday.... Other than that nope not much of a change & is still my DD for now

Well this lip was "free" & was told it was the em1 oem lip but it looks more like the type r replica lip to me. I dont care it was free & my civic was screming for another front lip...
