I have a b18a1 and I'm wanting to bolt up a b16 si head. I'm looking for a n/a build of about 250hp. So, my ??? is what would be the best pistons and head setup for the ls block to achieve something like this, and is this a real difficult swap to put in a 93 eg8. Im not too familiar with double cam swaps only have messed with single cam. Good advice will be appreciated.

you'll need 94+ integra or 99 si rear T-bracket.
94+ integra driver side motor mount and bracket.
94+ integra transmission motor mount.
obd1 integra gsr or obd1 b16 engine harness or wire vtec by hand.

94+ b series will drop right in 92-95 civic

n/a 250 horse? good luck bro. looking for some serious money into this build to even surpass the 200 mark.
too even surpass the 180-190 all motor mark, your looking into over bore, head work, internals, cams, hours in tuning bla bla bla.
basic gsr with bolts on makes about 145-155 to the wheels.
lsvtec makes about the same with just a little more torque.

things im consider doing with my lsvtec is rmf header, skunk2 intake, 70mm ish skunk2 throttle, itr cams, crower spring/ retainer, 3 angle job, hondata s200/s300 bla bla bla and with 50 shot nitrous as a option.
hp goal is 160-170 goal. mine is a gsr, so i'll yield little more compression than you are with a b16.

you should seriously do some research before doing this swap. Just judging by your questions, you still have a long way to in understanding this swap.

Well n/a was just an idea I know it's pretty tough to make a high hp n/a for a reasonable price. There's always boost..... Hahaha!!! So just to get this thing in a car and running what would that involve? I have a d15b7 bored .020 with I/h/e now and I just want a double cam to fuck up some mustangs. ;p

Nevermind that last question what I should be asking is, is this a pretty decent swap to pick up a little power with? I'm over the single cammer. Sorry for the redundant questions

I don't want a swap just to beat a mustang my d15 will do it now....it was just an example....lol. I don't hate on any car that's quick. I live in a pretty hick town so yes it is fun to play with the hicks in there stangs and camaros. lol

very true what he said i have a lsvtec with stage 2 cams not too aggresive, header, intake, exhaust bunch of stuff and i made 188 without touching the cams gears and tuned in the safe side since it was my daily driven car, i used a ls aem v2 and it was kinda hot out so i cant conplaint but you need some good amount of money to get there.

200whp is very possible with an lsvtec. Im building one at the moment and im aiming for at least 200whp. Heres the set up im going with.

B16 head
pro1's
Crower or sk2 springs, retainers, and valves
Port and polished head
b18b1 block
pr3 pistons std size
ls rods
ls crank
Tri y header
Port matched sk2 I'M
70mm blox TB but planning on getting a smaller one like a 68mm or smaller
And tuned on hondata s200
also might mill .005 off the head, not sure though.

Im looking to hit at least 200whp with this setup. I have seen and know people who have done 200 with a set up almost similiar to the one im going with.

200whp is not very hard or at least getting in the 190s. a skunk2 tuner stage 2 or many other stage 2 cams will do it with compression in the high 11s low 12s... the right bolt ons (header, manifold, throttle body, intake, exhaust) and a good tuner you should get there. The tune is the biggest part.

I've seen dynosheets of 1.8l with 12:5cr and a stage 3 cam and a good tuner do 215+ even though dynosheets are just a number, that is a thought.

just go k series if you going to build the motor and do the swap.if you shop smart it can be done for the same price or maybe little more and you will reach your goal with a near stock 06-08 tsx motor.
