b18b1 hydro 5spd tranny revs all gears but goes nowhere.

after installing a new used tranny and clutch, I was only able to drive for half a block and then it goes nowhere, the engine only revs. I do have spongy clutch and been bleeding the bitch for 2hrs but wont go away. clutch pedal was fine until after the new tranny installation. I'm crossing my fingers hoping it ain't anything major. Any advise is greatly appreciate.

Might be your the brake fluid you used. I put old brake fluid in my teggy without knowing it after i installed a new master and slave cylinder. I drove it for about two miles then it would rev and go a bit. I changed the fluid with new one and i was good. You can try that

no grinds, car was running fine for 2mins after everything was bolted back on. All gears are acting like they're in neutral.

Dont sound like a transmission (gear) problem. most of the time, a bad tranny would grind in gear(s) between shift or grind every time its in the bad gear.
take the tranny back off and inspect the clutch disk and pressure plate. if those are damaged, than the tranny will not turn ( acting like its in neutral )

make sure that your axles or in all the way thats what it sound like is wrong to me mine did the same thing and it was my axles

Check your shift linkage. Maybe it came loose.

Can you put the car in gear with the engine running and not pressing the clutch pedal? If not, probably not a clutch issue.

With an open diff if one axle isn't inserted properly it wont move anywhere. May be helpful to jack the front of the car up and have somebody listen/watch.

Im guessing either pressure plate is toast or axle isnt inserted completely.
