If he had you cough, you were getting a physical.......if he didn't, then he owes you dinner and a movie. I have to have a DOT physical every year, also had to have a hernia repaired 2 years ago.....all involve people in that area.

This year on my birthday i was sitting in the hospital, I had a hot nurse come in and tell me to lay on my side, Then she stuck her finger in my ass... I was happy i atleast got some kinda play on my birthday even if it was not the play i wanted lol

This is a normal procedure, but you can choose to have a female to do it instead of a male doc. most straight folks get female doc/nurse, but who am i to judge.

When I was getting my physical for Special Forces I had an exam like this but it was a marathon running female that was too skinny for my liking, I still tried to keep my mind off it so I wouldn't get hard on her, lol. Then she did another test that wasn't as pleasant.

...I left the office and my buddy was in there and said "not only did I ask for it but I enjoyed it." I get back to my shop he emailed everyone I knew about it, so I was harassed for a few days, lol...
