95 civic headlights!

Alright, so I used to have HIDs on the car and they worked great, but now I put back in normal lights (Brand new), and the regular lights literally put out the light of a pair of candlesticks at night, I literally have to drive with my brights, and those pretty much look a little less than what the normal lights should be. So I went and go 2 new sockets, thought maybe the old ones sucked, and its doing the same thing. Im not sure whats up? Any help is appreciated, thanks guys.

What brand of lights?

Sylvania something or anothers, not sure the exact name of them, just picked them up from autozone.

9003 hb2's?

I dont have the package for them anymore, but on the bulbs it says 9003 XV, And HB2 is on there aswell.

Yeah.. i would say some other cheap ones..See what happens..
You said you got new sockets so the wiring should not be the problem..

Yeah, I wired them in myself it seemed easy enough, I couldnt have any wiring issues there right? Like one of the three wires being mixed up? And the Headlights are super weird, Both brand new, why would they not even work with the low beams? =p

When you say you wired something, are you talking about the black socket thing with the two wires connected to it right??

Have you checked your fuses under the dash on the drivers side??
