HELP!!!! 05 honda pilot no start.

I just did the clutch on a 05 honda pilot and it won't start?!?!?!?! I was able to start it and it started had a rough idle kinda like a hunting idle. i got a high idle air control code then it died and my scanner will is not able to hook back up.

what should i do????

did you plug everything back in, and did you hook all the grounds back up?
