need help Honda Civic swap

1990 civic Im helping my bro with his dpfi to MPFI with help from honda-tech write up over checked my self about 100 times the car is not startin just turning over. it getting fuel but no sparks and i cant use the key to turn it over it just make a click noise and it not the main relay in order to start the car i have to jump the starter or push start it

Have you made sure the small wire to the starter is connected?

Check that lil piece that the small wire goes to on the starter and make sure it isn't loose.

Do you have you wires in the correct firing order on the distributor?? 1-3-4-2
