here are pics of the racing seat and spoiler... yes it is reclineable, does not have sliders, has no tears never been installed in any car. has paint on the bottom of it (not visible)

It is the Audiovox.....THe control module is about the size of a medium sized cell phone, and it has a flip up cover to keep the buttons from getting hit.
