looking for lawyer recommendations.
not looking to go too cheap, but i'm not exactly in a position to be putting down multiple thousands atm.

ong story short.
car was at a shop. shop closed.
car was abandoned. i was unaware anything was going on.
i just found out today, so i gotta pay 98days+ of towing and storage. approx $1500+
not my fault, but i do need a lawyer. however, i'm not sure what type.

pay the $1500 and get the car out. Most likely the guy that shut down his business wont compensate you at all or doesnt have the money too

I'm inclined to agree. Wouldn't hurt to talk to a lawyer and ask his opinion though.

longer yo uwait the more they will rack up storage fees and such. nothing wrong with consulting, but ive seen these cases before and its all over HT. usually the outcome is the same.
