Unlike Carolina, Atlanta, St Louis, The Bengals or any other team who has ever started a rookie QB, Denver has thrown Tebow to the wolves. Only playing him in disaster situations, trading off wide receivers for a snickers bar and 1/2 a fanta, splitting practice reps with the lawn care guy......

Theyve never showed an ounce of faith in Tebow and wouldnt even be playing him if not for a perfect storm scenario and an uproar from the fans, in addition to financial pressuring from Miami Dolphins. The Dolphins want Tebow to start...... not because they think it betters there chances..... but because they know the stadium is going to be packed today to watch a 1-4 team play a 0-5 team. The most talked about match up of the weekend is 2 teams that have 1 win combined. Love em or hate em...... Tebow is one of the most polarizing figures in all sports... and amazingly... for all of the right reasons. Someone popular for being the good guy and not the bad.

With their best WR recently traded, no running game and the worse defense in the NFL. Tebow now starts for a team that struggles to win 2-3 games a season. With coaches that feel forced to play him and a legion of haters waiting for the moment to say "i told you so".... The path to greatness isnt often the path of least resistance

here we go.

I don't know about all that. There's 91 previous years of NFL action to sift through.

I agree with you on this, but....

Tebow is one of the most polarizing figures in all sports...

I disagree here.

Damn. In my opinion, Tebow had a great game. From this scenario to even a normal starter's standpoint, I think he had a game that a lot of QB's would like to have. Sucks, though, that it took overtime to beat a winless team. But damn at the resilience to not go down to that winless team. Kudos to the Broncos for pulling this one out. It gave me another game in the pool I'm in for this week. I only chose the Broncs because of the Dolphins having zero wins, lolol. Later, QD.

Next up for the Tenver Tebows, The Detroit Lions....... gonna be an up hill battle vs the Lions defensive line. Broncos have the 2nd youngest offensive line in the NFL. Let's hope the Broncos decide to live or die by the sword and open up the play book for Tebow. VS Miami they have a very conservative run first offense.

He looked like shit pretty much the whole game, but I definitely think he will keep getting better. I think the throwing motion change really damaged his consistency.

yeah, hes had to do a lot of overhauling since coming to the NFL, plus hes doing it on a team that cant decide between their 3 QBs, hes getting 1/3 of denver's attention + he missed a training camp + hes probably the most criticized player in the NFL. Lot of pressure for a young guy.... even if he is Tebow. He needs a LOT of improvement to his mechanics and decision making, but the things he does have, you cant teach.
