ok just put a z6 in with si tranny got it all in and started it up, everything was fine went in to every gear and shifted fine, well stopped to get gas and got back in and with the clutch pressed in, it would not go into gear at all, but did just fine before i stopped, its like its not pushing the fork far enough. any advice?

if u can go into gear with the car off but not with the car on then something broke on the clutch it self

its weird because it was smooth as hell when i got to the store but after that its like it not building up enough pressure to push the fork back.

Thats not always true, It could be out of adjustment.

But I suppose since I read the rest of these replies, it was the case in this insident.

check and make sure axle is all the way in, or axle is not messed up

if you had a worn out wheel bearing it also can do that too

Yes, it can be a number of things, but it should make a noticeable noise if it was a wheel bearing

you can go to walmart parking lot and do S figure to tell if it's wheel bearing or do a 8 figure to tell if it's axle

could have also bent a wheel. but it would most likely vibrate at all times.
You probably bent something suspension wise, or the axle decided it wanted to be out.
