injector/idle help

first off anyone know whatt cc IPT 4105 injectors are? they are obd1, i got them from a friend a while back he said it was on a stock civic but i'd like to verify the cc's.

also, i cant get my car to idle lower than 1500, i've tried adjusting the dizzy and idle screw with no luck. the engine is an ls/vtec with i/h/e, fuel pump and rail. any ideas?

after i put in the swap there were still alot of bugs to work out.
my ls/vtec chip has a 2step so i couldnt rev past 4k (bad vss) -idle was fine-

a couple weeks later i put in an ls basemap chip. (by now i had new rod bearings and the motor hadn't seen past 4k since the swap so it was time to strech the legs a little)-ls chip in, idle fine-

after about a month, one day the dizzy started acting up and would randomly turn off while i was driving and had a VERY sporadic idle cold&warm(also stuttered when i tried to hold it steady at certian rpms) -i replaced tps, nothing changed, VERY sporadic idle-

i put the ls/vtec chip back in, dizzy works fine again, everythings good, no CELs, but the idle wont drop below 3000 cold, 1500 warm

Sounds like chip, re burn chip... I mean you can check for vaccum leak, but if the Chip is the only thing you switched then I would go back to that... Install a stock ecu!!
