It's polyurethane lip it came off my previous car so I have no use for it anymore. It use to be Milano red but the paint is chipping off no damage on the lip but u may need to respray it to your car color or can manually chip the paint off yourself and it would be flat black. It's also very easy to install. This is a replica but it has very good fitment. Thanks

the look is totally off from how the usdm type r lip looks like, it looks more like the other 98-01 type r lip people put on

The only (aftermarket) lips that come close to oem looks and fitment are from JDMSH!T.COM and COMPTECH. There is nothing wrong with this lip if its the look you are going for but if you are wanting perfect fork the money and buy oem. Dont bash this guy.. the picture is there for a reason.
