My nephew was diagnosed with type one diabetes April 10'. The family has been involved JDRF since (juvenile diabetes research foundation). The annual walk is coming up and they have a people choice poll for best team t-shirt. You should vote for my nephew's shirt by liking the pic! Simple right?
