Ill answer it tomorrow that's a question that takes time. I was busy at work today and I'm on my phone now. Two totally different events, two totally different contexts etc. Will expound later

Of course there are some similarities but I agree they are quite different which is why I asked you avoid relating it to the OWS protests. I'm not asking for a doctoral thesis, just a quick rundown on your thoughts about property rights, law, and ethics in a historical context.

lol thats a stretch at most.

I was right, occupy is dead, doubt we will see it come back. their "movement" was ended after they failed to get their message out coherently. All they proved was that its easy to let thugs and violence take over your movement, and that they had no real idea on how to advance their message.

Case closed

A stretch you say? Cleveland even put "because of the occupy movement" in their resolution, and one of the bills is even acronymed "OCCUPIED"! It's not a stretch. The right people are hearing the message. You think Mr. City Politician was just sitting around and came up with the idea to push a resolution to end corporate personhood on his own and said "Occupy Movement? Never heard of it.."? THAT is the stretch. I know it's tough for conservatives to accept, but it's working, gradually, but it's working, and there is your proof

hey newsflash a city RESOLUTION doesnt mean dick. They could pass one tomorrow that says "kittens are cute" doesnt mean anything.

Its just an attempt to try and keep the movement going, when clearly, it is dead. If it had any real merit, it would be alive, but its not.

When a movement has the ability to unite both left and right to combat it because of the violence and horrible conditions it brings, that is unique

I know. That just means they recognized the problem before everyone else did. The other two were published recently

city resolutions dont mean anything seriously.

Although, i agree with ending the corporate RIGHTS thing, but the Occupy movement is gone man. SOME Of the things that they stood for that normal people agree with or could condone (banks getting bailouts, corporate greed , etc) were lost when the thugs, rapists, and degenerates showed up to incite anarchy.

Why do this? LEO's trying to prove a point? They'll take it to court and the judge will drop it. The police are just making themselves look bad.
