I have a 1992 honda civic cx with b16a2 swap
The car was driving fine, no problems whatsoever.
I'm driving and i come to a stop and all the sudden my car comes to a stop.
The it would not turn back on.
Fuel pump primes, car clicks when i try to start. timing is good.
I check the spark plugs and no spark.
I change the dizzy with with a known working dizzy and still the same problem.
The car has been wire tucked by some idiot and the wiring is a mess.
What could be causing my problem?

B16a2 have crank sensors,on the crank.

That sensor is irrelevant to engine operation it is simply for obd2, and verifys no misfires it is called a crankshaft fluctuation, it will run with or without this sensor just fine.

Make sure the engine is in time, you're getting injector pulse, and no cels

The check engine light does not work in this car because it has some bullshit cluster out of an integra or something.
Engine is in time dizzy seems to be fine since i checked it with a multimeter and i am getting power to the dizzy. it could be the wire since all the wires are cut and taped.
