Lazer done by a pro. The paste and strip shit is very minimal change. If you're going to do it get it done right the first time.

smile in a tanning bed. seriously, I did that last year and I kept getting complments on how white my teeth were. as far as I know it's just like a brite smile but less intense

i did the crest white strips... they work but if you have sensitive teeth then you may not like them... they do minimal work but they do work... :goodjob:
