There's s15 cuts on ebay, if cash is no option, go buy one.

let me save you time and money, your car is gonna look like a junkyard shit box piece of shit. The conversion kits for 240sx's fit like shit. Go search nico and you'll see threads of people who did s15 conversions with a kit, then ended up throwing it in the dumpster and starting over.

to do it right, you need to buy a s15 front cut and weld the fenders together.

Stock looks better than an s14.5 IMO

if you care about fitment, easier to buy a cut and have everything you need.
