ANYONE FOR A 408 VETTE KILL...(2much hp)

Well lastnight about 9:45, 2much hp (408 pewter vette) and I (408 white camaro) left our apartments and were heading to the walmart just off of Barrett pkwy to see who was out.. As we were turning into the Walmart, I was right behind him... Rolling about 10-15mph. He cuts the turn and SLAMS into a Stop sign with a concrete base :headslap: .. (the base was about 3 ft tall). Neither one of us have ever seen a stop sign there in the middle of the intersection :wtf: ..(must have been new).. Luckly Del was ok. Sorry to say the Vette wasn't.. The post went all the way down the right hand frame rail taking off everything in it's way, stopping shy of the firewall!! We are waiting to hear if it's a total or not.. Del, Glad your ok buddy.. VETTE (0) STOPSIGN (1)

Damn, that sucks big time. I know he felt like an ass for that. I always hate to see a nice car messed up. glad no one was hurt.

Yeah it did suck and still does.. After viewing it today at the place that towed it, its not as bad as i originally thought.. Should be fixable, but if not I will have something faster so no one worry. :bigok:

well, talked to del, its totaled. pretty sucky of you ask me. but he has his eye on a cam only FRC, though it just wont be the same as the 408 beast.
