190whp is about right for that setup. Not all dynos are the same. id ask where he made those numbers first.

most cars DONT break 200whp with CTR/ITR cams and ITR pistons. I dont think ive EVER seen a GSR cammed 1.8L make in the 190whp range on MSPis dyno. ANd we all know their tuner is well known.
