I just got done with his build so i figured i would share the build with everybody.

H23 crank
H23 rods (aftermarket)
type s pistons (fly cut)
12.1 compression
Balance shaft removal kit.
Stock top end for now but ready for a big cam the pistons have been cut already.

first of all what intake is that ive been meaning to ask him. and what does fly cutting pistons mean???

that intake is really weird, but dont think it will make much power.

Fly cutting is a process where the pistons were cut using a modified valve. Very neat process.

Custom intake tube.. and "Fly cut" is to add room in the valve releifs on the pistons so the valves do not hit.

Not sure with stock cams but anything bigger needs it since the piston sits further up than with a h22 crank, the valve angle changes and comes down further back.

id be curious to see a intake test on it. I plan on running a 3.5" and reduced to a 3" at the TB to start off with then plan on testing some 4".

It didnt rob to much power. When we had it. Still made the correct amount of power. Actually made more power than SOMEBODYS STOCK H2b with a Carbon Wale penis! but ehhh... Who knows....

3 Inch with A V stack is what I use to.. Never failed me.

Well I was speaking on all the B series I had.

From what i have seen h2b's love the bigger piping...One guy has a 4"-3.5"-3" on a stock motor running 12.1@111 , and ive seen some others making good power with at least 3.5". Im reducing mine to 3" at the TB

I see people running this setup all day without cutting the pistons . The clearences are very tight but they are there . I had a block that had 15 thousanth taken off and i didnt lnow so when i tore the motor down after a balance shaft bearing took a shit (years ago). I could see were the valves were barely hitting the piston . I have cut them every since better be safe then sorry plus i dont know how peopletreat there motor so if im building it (or my dad) were doing everything we can to make sure it last. It has our name on it .

Bobby nothing was balanced by me and no need why do you ask ? The rods come balanced to each other . I lied we do rebalance the pistons after we cut them lol.My dad took his crank to a big time v8 builder around here that we do alot of work with to see how balanced it was from the factory even though i told him it was fine . He likes to check shit lol. The guy checked it said he would be happy to get his cranks that balanced and thats good enough for me . I dont make power to 9,000 hell i hardley ever rev my motrs past eight the balance is fine they stay togther with no problems.

About 90 percent of your post are two words and pointless but they havnt been in my threads so not my problem . If you dont have anything more constructive to say besides trying to tell me that not plugging up a fan switch is a no , no to make yourself look smart then just dont post in my thread . Not that its any of your business but that connector has a jumper in it to make the fans run all the time and was like that when i got the car so i left it like that since there is nothing wrong with it being that way .

I did a test on the dyno the other day, and a velocity stack by itself made less power than the filter, same car, same temp etc. Also the length of the piping changed the power output slightly, but too long made it lose power, as too short.

And i can officially say this bc i have one but track cars are stupid and pointless around here. hell anyone with a 300hp allmotor honda setup ill trade straight up for my turbo setup

Get some backin and then you can travel around to the big events which pay out 10K....LOL, 250+Hp all motor car is more than enough for the street, add a little spray for INS. but light to light in the streets you will hurt some feelings in GA... Hard facts but we are so far behind here!!

I got a ass dyno in catch22 car last night it's nasty also. I just need to fix him up a lower geared tranny that I have at the shop and it will be a low 11 second car at least , Hell should hit tens shits sick.

Its about like any other swap, once you get the initial swap done, building it is the same cost as any other engine. I paid $1600 for my swap, but the pistons/rods etc... were close to the same as my sohc. Its worth it though, imo. Especially h2b........which is what I wish I had. lol

Finally someone who understands the truth:goodjob: it would be different if there were a Shit load of track events to race but u have what, 2 isd's in Ga and 1 ifo. In other states like FL, LA, AL, the Carolinas, its what 2 isd and 2 ifo's at the most. Yea u got tnt's but how often do ppl REALLY go to those in a months time?

I know you arnt hating Bobby nothing was done to the motor to make more power just more torque. It is set up for big cams now and that's when the difference will change . The only change now is a little more stroke and a little more compression I'd say 5 hp gain tops but probably 20 foot pounds of torque . After cams judge gains . I'll let you know what it will make with pro twos joeys is the same build and will be dynode soon . Joeys should hit 250 hp and this one should be over 240 with cams .

It's gonna be fun I know, but that car never pulled up-top, As seen in the video also... When I lined my old motor in the red hatch with gsr tranny I walked that car like it was just sitting there from a 20 hit..
