94 integra gsr "code 41" o2 issue

I recently got a new integra gsr. Doing some work already and found out my cat was clogged and couldn't be seen through. I needed a new muffler as well so I got one of them. Well where the cat was is a pipe and a bung was put there for the o2 and the o2 is in there. I am getting a code 41 sometimes and its the o2 sensor heater. Please help, trying to get away with no issues.

it likely needs a new O2 sensor, as the heater circuit in the sensor may be bad.

check fuses first, there is an o2 heater fuse IIRC...
