Difference is because mine has JDM imprinted on the wires, so it JDM! :-)
Will from the info this comes with a Extra pig tail harness allows easy wiring for a 4-wire 02 sensor, VTEC solenoid & p sensor, and IAB solenoid (if applicable).
Other then that I don't know lol
