need help wih 5 lug swap on 97 hatch

What's The average cost of piecing together a a 5 lug swap? I ran across a full CTR 5 lug for $800, but this is the first one I attempt a doing so I'm not sure of the better route to take, and the pro and cons of either one if there is any, I searched and didn't find any info just swaps forsale, thanks for the help

the only other thing is a proportional valve from an integra since u are going from drum to disk. pros are that ull have better break setup and hella jdm look
