Car wont turn over

Today i tried to start my car but it would not turn over, it was working fine last week. The starter is good and turning, i've also replace the ICM and the ignition coil and check all my fuses, but its still not turning over . Any suggestions on what to look for next, also im not getting any cel.

Will it turn over but not run?
or will it not do anything ?

when you turn the car do you hear:
1) the fuel pump kick on?
2)The main relay
3) check your grounds?
