2005 Honda Rancher 350ES 4x4 fs

I am selling my 2005 Honda Rancher 350 ES 4x4,iIt has 262hrs on it and only 1300 miles. It runs like a new and everything on it is original as far as mechanical work goes. It has brand new tires on the back and the front are about 60% left on them. The plastics are in excellent condition and are not creased, bent or discolored. I have only trail ridden the 4 wheeler and bought the 4wheeler from an older man that just rode it around his property with his grandchildren, so it has never been mudded or bogged. Lights, brakes, electric shift, 4x4, everything on this bike works flawlessly. The racks have a little rust on them from normal use but nothing terrible, I have taken great care of it while I have had it. The 4 wheeler has been pressure washed after every ride and oil and filter have been checked. There is a small pin hole in the seat cover and I mean pin hole, I drug my boot on it when I was getting off the bike and I guess I had a rock in it and caused it.
