HO8EX that one in the picture is the exhaust cam and H08 is part number which these are STAGE 2 !

B-Series Stage 1: H01 on intake and exhaust cam

B-Series Stage 2: H08IN on intake and H08EX on exhaust

B-Series Stage 3: S08IN on intake and S10EX on exhaust

B-Series Pro-Series: will have P1+, P2+ or P3+ denoting stages

Yeah I saw the H08EX and then it really seemed fishy, so I wanted to double check before someone buys.
