Well after leaving the mustang I came back to the Ford world. The interiors are kinda fugly but this car is super clean and I've known the owner for years. It's not a fast car, I know this but it's fun to drive. Not much done to the engine, Intake and full exhaust (no cats/H pipe/mag mufflers), KYB shocks, steeda springs, Steeda strut brace, Steeda front and rear sway bars, chassis stiffening bars. So far on street tires I ran a 13.7 @ 102 and 3510lbs w/ 3.27 gears. Not too shabby. Anyways..onto zee pix.

Non Engine Plans:
-Painted mirrors
-Fix front bumper paint cracks and license plate holes
-New seats (has lame "racing seats" that are so uncomfortable)
-01+ center console/radio bezel

~IF YOU GUYS HAVE ANY PART HIT ME UP~

Engine Mods (way later):
-Kenne Bell 2.1
-Accufab oval throttle body
- 3.55 gears

New clear corners with amber bulbs (one of mine was cracked so why not clean it up a bit?)

Thanks homey, one of the few responses I was looking forward to. For being a solid axle car...yeah..I love it. I'm really impressed. The original owner I believe used to autocross it.

Simon-know anyone with some decent "racing" seats?

People can talk shit about Mustangs all they want, I really just feel like they're the most "complete" of the American lineup of v8's. I would love to have one of these models.

Sweet! I've seen a few back when I use to autocross that were definitely fast, there are a few really fast ones that run SCCA club racing too, one passed a Ferrari F430 on the outside lifting a wheel with a nice four wheel drift last year at the ARRC. lol

One piece or two piece seats?

Yellow fogs, Front lip, and some Tow hooks... Then you will be set man! keep it up bro..They're not "JDM." They're clear OEM to clean up the front. But yes, I will have yellow fog lights in the future with custom made FX35/Viper headlights. :)

needs to go a tad lower + different bumper would look nicethe SN95 looks so good when it sits flush but at the same time it's much harder to drive everywhere. I like that I don't have to worry about every little bump. Oh...hell no on the bumper. It's a factory cobra bumper...

Nice glad to see its a Svt Cobra and not a Mustang Cobra lollol. Thanks mang.

Needs boost, lol. This Body style mustang is actually my least favorite, However I like what they did with the cobra of this generation and they can be setup to handle like nobodies business. Nice find.

Please explain. The car as a whole or the v8(s)? I've always thought the 4.6's were pretty crappy and that Ford could have fully dominated the american touring car market of the 90's and early 2000's by developing a decent v8 to put in the mustang.

They're slow off the lot, yes, that is definitely their shortcoming. I just like the cars as a whole, handling, looks, and although the interior is a little odd its much nicer than what you find in a Camaro/other redneck machines.

My two cents exterior wise: ABC Exclusive Cobra Chin Spoiler, s281 or s351 spoiler and a bit lower. Looks like a real solid car. I love them in white. And in case you may want some form of reference to another style that hasn't been listed:

Are we forgetting about the 5.0L?

Nice car, wheels look good on white.I liked the ambers but one was broke so why go back stock? If the car was any color but white, I would have kept ambers.
