So I came across this on a couple forums.. long story short, a guy from a 350z forum won a 2009 GTR Premium on an ebay auction for $55,100 and the dealer is refusing to sell it to him because they forgot to set a reserve price.
It is also on Jalopnik, digg, etc. It's stirring up big time. All this has been happening in the last 2 days , and it's still going on.

No one should do business with that dealership. They are not to be trusted.

It's heavy, it lacks any real feel, it's fast, but it costs too much for a quick pig with no sole.

Well regardless of if it's a good car or not, this guy is still getting screwed here. I hope he wins.

Well it's dumb in my opinion, all the time and money he's spending can't he just pay the extra $4k they wanted for the car?

You must aspire to sell cars some day. LoL. I'm not even talking shit, I am genuinely astonished you are taking that viewpoint.

I mean it's eBay though, people do that ALL the time, the guy needed what $4k literally to meet their price? If he can't afford $4k he shouldn't even look at buying a GTR as upkeep is $$$. Not saying the dealer is right, but I think he's going to have more of a headache in the end than if he just paid the extra amount.
I'd be a killer salesmen I can sell anything.
