Im sure you were just trying to show off your civic "'race car" status by rideing inches away from my back bumper on the ramp to 85north. You did not like me tapping my brakes and slowing down as you decided to pass on the sholder and run up on another car inches from there back bumper , and the weaving in and out of traffic and useing 85north as a race track as you spend up to double the speed limit! You attracted so much attention to yourself as you speed past that gsp parked on the side of the road! I got quite a laugh at seeing you pulled over, but im sure you thought he was just a "HATER". Im glad you did not hurt or kill any one else on the road! And i hope the nice officer gave you every ticket possable you deserved it!
