In my Opinion, a 924s would be too rare to "Start" Drifting in. The specs are decent, 150hp, and around 2400+ lbs. Thats not bad, but Considering its an 87, Im sure its lost a bit of Horsepower. Plus, Drifting is a money pit, a fun money pit, and this car would only make that pit deeper. Im not sure if these had a LSD or not, but if they didnt I would not even look at it. You may be looking to be "unique" Drifting a porsche would just be a big hassle.

But, no matter what anyone else here says, do what you want, everyone has their own style and opinions.

Might I recommend some cheap drift cars to start with?

-240sx
-AE86 Corolla
-RX7

Those are the cheap, easy to get the hang of drifting, and parts can actually be had, unlike a porsche, Good luck with what you decide though!
