Is it possible? I have a d16z6 with a p28 ecu. I do not have a knock sensor so can i run vtec without it?

how do you do what? use a p2p ecu on a OBD1 car? you cant, plain and simple...
if your car is OBD1, get a P28 ecu..

He has a p28. Since you have a D16z6 and you also have a P28 ecu, you don't need to worry about anything with a knock sensor at all...
I am confused, are you needing to run the wiring for vtec to the ecu, or are you just trying to bypass the vtec pressure switch? Both can be done easily.
If you are wanting to just run the wiring for vtec then you need to run the Vtec solenoid plug wire to A4, then you will need to run a wire to D6
Here is a pic of bypassing the pressure switch. It also shows where to wire the pins into the ecu plugs for Vtec to be wired up. I hope this helps.

p28 dose NOT read knock sensor.
knock sensor is introduced in the obd2s
if your trying to run p2p, your fucked bro.
obd2 can NOT read some of the obd1 sensors (z6).
you can not add a knock sensor onto a d16z6 without drilling a hole the size of a quarter. STRONGLY suggest it not being try(ied)
im guessing the z6 is going into the ek?
grab a obd2-obd1 jumper harness to jump the p28.

Lol what makes the sensor from obd2 to one so special.... OH wait, THEY'RE ALL THE SAME
with the exception of a CKF sensor at oil pump which an obd 2 can be fooled into thinking there is...
The only difference is the wiring plugs.
however trying to run a p2p is fail
