Brake problem

hey guys, i just swapped the gsr front and rears on my EG hatch. I used the integra brake booster, 40/40 proportion valve from 90-93 da, master cyclinder from a 90-93 RS da. Bout brand new SS brake lines and new front calipers. so here is the problem:

my front brakes r lockin up. I guess it would build more pressure when i drive it and finally my front brakes will be stuck. my brakes r applied all the time even without my foot of the brake, i cant accelerate. so my brakes r draggin big time.

if anyone has had this problem, help me out thanx in advance

did you check to see if the brake booster has an adjustable rod that pushes into the master cylinder. I can't remember if integra's have that but it could be adjusted out to far and constantly putting the brakes on . to check, take the master cylinder out and the rod that comes from the brake booster see if it has a threaded end and a nut, then it is adjustable, if not then it sounds like your proportioning valve. let me know what you find out
