I've moved and have nowhere for my 60 gallon husky air compressor to go and I'm in need of a b16a2 transmission in GOOD shape. So the deal I'll throw out is to anyone who can throw me a the original transmission with relative low miles, I will throw my compressor and at most 200 bucks their way. I'm certain this is a deal considering the compressor is only a year or so old I've only used it 6 times. Price on the air compressor is 420.00 new.:goodjob:

why would anyone do the trade for a used compressor that cost new for 420 but trade for your used one that is over a year old>????
compressor cost new isn't going to bring the retail of being new a year later
don't see the logic friend

the above reference was for you the logic at this point is i'm offering a trade to a compressor that is barely a year old because i do not have the cash laying around to give someone 650 for a used transmission. hence the money im willing to put on top of that trade for the transmission now if i sold the compressor for lets say 300 for arguments sake then i would have 500 dollars to spend the rest i could probably make up to give someone that said 650 dollars. but really why argue the point is i have it and its easier to trade it than to sell it, isn't that why people trade normally?

I did say that but that same compressor is on ebay used for 200 bucks they are not worth no where near new retail price . So in all truth and being adults here your getting a gain and the other person is getting ripped off. 300 is a way out of the park price .

You would be an idiot to pay $650 for a b16 transmission. You can get them from $425-$550 all day long, on every online forum.

not a b16 tranny in LOW miles
online honda forums always have either stolen or missed up trannys it's very hard to get a good one .B16 is the worst as everyone wants or has in there swaps and they are thinner then the b18 ones so they tend to damage faster .

you better search better , JDM engines exchange (all jdm engines and trannys) cost more then 650 with 35-60k miles

going by this guys statement he wants a low mile tranny not one that has tons of miles and been dogged out .

I have sold them in top Like NEW condition before for 650 no problems , heck Ebay they are still 650 . OR you find that stolen one , or messed up one for 450 . Either way even at 425 like you states it's still not a deal for this compressor . Husky is a cheap brand

i am not comparing stolen trannys vs legit LOW miles B16a2 meaning 99-00 civic si tranny only!!!
Which the ones I have sold still had Vin tag and clean carfax with miles proven and less the 70k miles
You can NOT say the same about any other one for 425 , matter fact you would be a idiot to spend 425 for something you don't know nothing about rather one that has proven documents to stand it's ground being legit and LOW miles . See my point

LS trannys you can find all day for 400-500

Either way I AM NOT selling nor trying just giving info out there so Neither parties gets ripped off

99.9% of the people on this site, clearly LIE about the mileage on EVERYTHING. Including you. Remember I used to own one of your old cars you sold. People sell used engines on here all the time claiming on having a 94 ls integra motor with 40,000 miles. im sorry people its all lies. Thats why I rebuild almost everything i own and only state mileage on parts i know. i dont make up false information. check my for sale threads and build threads sometime......

but yea i get ur drift about the mileage on 99-00 b16 transmissions, but remember mileage doesn't tell you how someone treated the car itself. You can have one with 70miles thats completely trash.....
