The fuse box itself is bad?

yes but there is a fuse for this you should check that first and go from there

# 15 in the fuse block under the dash!!!

Take a flash light and look close and they are numbered

If it keeps blowing fuses after you replace it then this will help

I have O2 sensors codes and it will hit vtec it has no issues with controlling Vtec

Was Vtec working before ?

Low of oil ?
car not warmed up?
ALL sensors plugged in tight? Push in the wires on Vtec solenoid and pressure switch I seen them come loose thru time and people missing with them

Dent in the oil pan???

what ecu you using?

Oil pan good
Not low on oil I see that there two wires going into the vtec plug in there strip if those two wires touch will it
Mess it up
P2p ecu
Ive let car warmed up also I know when I going down the highway in 5 th around 3 k rpm car wants to skip like if I gear down clear it out it want do it for a while again I'm thinking the 02 sensors

I would check your tune up for the skipping , and those wires touch yes it will cancel vtec out

Got every Cel off the car in it still will not hit vtec any clues

The list is up to check , just because there isn't a cel don't mean that the vtec should work , RE Read my post above and check everything as I stated

another thing is to take your vtec solenoid off and clean the screen , it could be dirty and clogging it up and not working.

It's just like revs straight through doesn't do anything at all
Also what would make the car like jerk while I'm in 5th gear cruising
Like a skip or so could I have a bad ecu in the car still run?

sounds like a misfire tune up?

Has new plugs wires rotor cap? Could the dizzy be bad?
Or the icm?
