In January, I will be relocating to the Sugar Hill/Gainesville area. Need a few job leads in the advertising or marketing field. Looking for something $40k or better per year.

Anyone have any ideas?

Actually I do....if you wouldn't mind the drive into the Buckhead area...its a lead in any event :)
