Ur gonna have to take a torch and heat it up... This shit happens to the best if us lol. Or find a 1000+ ft lbs impact wrench... We've got one of those laying around for the rare special occasions.

get a good compressor you need atleast 150 psi and a STRONG Impact I have a 800ftlbs Snap on and it takes them off with ease!!!!

I have NEVER had to heat one if you have enough air pressure and a STRONG impact they will come out with ease.

That's right but do it while the tire is still on and the car is on the floor not on stands

THERE IS NO WAY DOING THIS WITH A BREAKER BAR!!!!

150psi or better and atleast 800 FT LBS impact !!!!!!

Make sure that you're using a 32mm socket !!

have you tried tightening it a little bit, then loosening it? usually works a lot for me. maybe even tap it with hammer it a few times to unseize it. some crud may have gotten in between the threads and the nut itself.

Its not the easiest but before i had my shop i did it the ole fashin way also. Key is a long piece of pipe or jack handle . As much leverage as you can get . yes jumping on it helps but levrage helps more . make sure some one is holding the socket on the nut or your wasting your time . if you can get a jack stand or block the same hight to sit the ratchet on it helps a tone also . Let it soak over night also . Wd40 will help once its loose but not going to help right away let it soak.

ARE TALKING TO ME!!!!!!

I never said you can't do it this way , I am saying with his being this hard to get off a strong impact with a lot of air pressure is the key !

been in both situations...i guess we're little boys if u wanna listen to one guy

1st..me and my buddy against crank pulley 180 psi with a heavy duty impact and even used the the crank pulley tool...never budged :(

2nd..i was chain smoking watching this guy trying to change my friends axle....and they couldnt break the nut loose..so we took it to the best mech i know around..and he loosened that nut in 1.2 seconds with his heavy duty 32mm
that socket looked SOLID

some can be tuff. the toughest i came across was a 2jz on an engine stand. we had "darth" ( 1" air wrench with gobs of power and exhausts air constanly like darth vader) and it could not bust the crank bolt after repeated 10 - 20 sec bursts. didn't want to break the bolt so decided short bursts was the way to go. After about 10 - 20 attempts in short bursts "darth" was defeated. The only bolt i ever heard it could not back out. I wouldn't believe if i didn't see it myself. Darth prob cranks out 1200+lbs max. Apparently the tech before had over tightened severly and clearly did not know how to properly torque down, lol.

So to remove we came up with a massive lever to gain as much torque as humanly possible. Massive snap on breaker bar with a 12ft (it was very long) hollow bar extending the breaker bar's leveraging power. So after about 30 min the bolt was removed w/o issue but with lots of man handling. Needless to say the vehicle does not have any problems with the crank bolt and is still driven to this day.

PM me maybe i can assist with my air compressor.
